Will I be charged for my first call?
No – your first call is your chance to ask any questions you have and to talk to us through your hair aspirations. In return, we are happy to tell you all about what we can offer you and explain the full customer care journey.

Do I have to visit the studio for my consultation?
Whilst we would love to welcome you to our private, luxurious Hampshire studio, we understand that life is busy or this location may not be convenient. That is why we offer the flexibility to travel to you.
We bring the full Boost experience to the comfort of your own home, ensuring you receive the same bespoke, one-to-one attention wherever you are.
Will there be anyone else in the room at my consultation?
We offer private consultations because we think it is important that you are our sole focus. You will have our team’s undivided attention in a luxurious studio setting where you have our undivided attention.
Only members of our team will be in the studio, there to advise you on the best hair to meet your aspirations and to find the perfect Boost hair aesthetic just for you. We invite you to bring a trusted friend or family member if you would value a second opinion, but the space remains entirely yours.
